b. Gift cards. 
c. Downloadable software products. 


2. Initiating a Return
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@kjbinternationalaid.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
2.2 Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.


3. Return Shipping
3.1 You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4.2 If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
