Cancelation Policy

I understand that I am holding a spot, so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I cannot attend, I understand that I can reschedule my booking for another day. If I have to cancel my reservation, I understand that your company offer does not offer refunds. I may use these credits for any future bookings. However, if I do not cancel before 72 hours, I will lose the payment for the reservation (not applicable for a free consultation). The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
