Cancellation Policy

KJB International Aid Booking Policy Thank you for choosing KJB International Aid for your appointment needs. We have outlined the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and organised booking process. By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated below: 1. Free Appointment: When booking a free appointment, you reserve a slot without charge. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another individual in need. Failure to provide sufficient notice may impact your ability to reschedule future bookings. 2. Appointment with Fees: A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is made for appointments with associated fees. Please note that these fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your booking, we are happy to accommodate your request for another available date. If you choose to cancel your booking, please understand that we do not offer refunds for the fees paid. You may, however, use the payment as credits towards future bookings. It's essential to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to retain the payment as credits. This provision is not applicable to free consultations. The owner of KJB International Aid reserves the right to exercise flexibility in exceptional circumstances. 3. Invoice and Payment: If an invoice is generated alongside your appointment booking, please ensure the invoice is paid in full before the scheduled appointment. Payment must be received and credited to our bank account no later than 10 a.m. on the appointment day. Failure to ensure timely payment will result in an automatic cancellation of the appointment. You will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment once your outstanding balance is cleared and the transaction is finalised on our end. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our booking policy. This policy is designed to optimise our scheduling process and provide the best possible service to all our clients.
